The Rules That Govern Your Account

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the 788wen Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in a player's 788wen account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit granted by 788wen that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which requires submission of a valid Pakistan CNIC and supporting documentation.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which 788wen accounts are denominated.
• "Platform" means the 788wen website at https://788wen.bet, including all games, tools, and services accessible therein.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a player using real PKR balance on any 788wen game or market.
• "Void Bet" means a wager that is cancelled and returned to the player's Balance without settlement due to the circumstances described in Section 7.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", "Continue", or "Confirm" during the account creation process, or by logging in to an existing 788wen account, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You accept these Terms as a legally binding agreement between yourself and 788wen.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is illegal under local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business or third party.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

788wen strictly enforces an 18+ age requirement. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, access the Platform, or place any wager. 788wen reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accumulated on an under-age account will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 788wen Platform is operated with Pakistan residents as its primary target audience. Players are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gaming is permissible under the laws applicable to their specific location. 788wen makes no warranty as to the legal status of its services in any particular jurisdiction within or beyond Pakistan.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered 788wen account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per Pakistan mobile number, and per CNIC. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

3.4 KYC Identity Verification

All 788wen account holders are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Pakistan CNIC and a clear selfie photograph before any withdrawal can be processed. 788wen may request additional documentation — including a utility bill, bank statement, or source-of-funds declaration — at its sole discretion. Accounts that do not complete KYC within a reasonable period may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Account Rules

4.1 Account Credentials

Your 788wen username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 788wen will treat any action performed through a valid authenticated session as having been authorised by the registered account holder.

4.2 Account Security

You must notify 788wen's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. 788wen offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Pakistan mobile number. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended. 788wen cannot be held responsible for losses that occur as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.3 Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Any account found to have been registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information will be suspended, and any balance therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

788wen accepts PKR deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfer, and direct online banking from major Pakistan financial institutions including HBL, UBL, MCB, and Meezan Bank. USDT (TRC20/BEP20) is also accepted. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 788wen PKR Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Raast and bank transfers are typically credited within one to five minutes. 788wen does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the 788wen cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Standard PKR withdrawal minimums are set at a level accessible to casual players, while maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by 788wen and may be increased for verified VIP account holders upon request.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed by 788wen within 15 minutes of submission on average. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours. 788wen reserves the right to conduct additional security or AML checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

788wen operates in full compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. 788wen reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction that triggers an internal AML review threshold. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the review is resolved. Any funds suspected of being derived from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All 788wen bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms published on the Platform at the time of the offer. General eligibility requires a verified PKR deposit within the promotional period and, in most cases, completion of KYC before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity window. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity window and cannot be reinstated.

6.3 Maximum Bet Rule

While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted single wager using any portion of your account balance is 500 PKR unless the specific promotion terms state a higher limit. Placing wagers in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse 788wen's bonus system — including low-risk hedged betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordination with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — constitutes bonus abuse. 788wen reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to permanently suspend accounts found engaging in such conduct.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Wager Acceptance

A wager is accepted by 788wen only when a valid confirmation is displayed to the player and the corresponding PKR amount is deducted from the player's Balance. Network interruptions that prevent confirmation do not constitute an accepted wager. Players must ensure they have a stable connection before placing time-sensitive bets.

7.2 Void Bets

788wen reserves the right to void any wager without liability in the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or cannot be completed; (b) the bet was placed on a market that was suspended and 788wen's systems accepted it in error; (c) the odds or game multiplier displayed was materially incorrect due to a technical fault; (d) the player exploited a pricing error that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake. Void bets return the original PKR wager amount to the player's Balance.

7.3 Market Suspension

788wen may suspend any sports or game market at any time — including during live events — without notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled normally unless falling within the void bet provisions of Clause 7.2. 788wen's decision on all in-play market suspensions and bet settlements is final.

7.4 Finality of Results

All 788wen game results are final once settled. Objections to settled results must be raised with the 788wen support team within 72 hours of settlement via the in-account live chat. 788wen's settlements team will investigate and respond within five business days. The outcome of that investigation is final and binding.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788wen Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account per person or using fictitious personal details during registration.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes or create arbitrage strategies against 788wen's interests.
• Accessing the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Charging back a PKR payment after using the deposited funds for wagers or withdrawals.
• Using a third party's payment method, Easypaisa wallet, or JazzCash account without that person's explicit written consent.
• Sharing access to your 788wen account with any third party for any purpose.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 788wen Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the 788wen brand identity — is the intellectual property of 788wen or its licensed suppliers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 788wen. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788wen's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. 788wen is not liable for: (a) indirect, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profit, revenue, or data; (c) service interruptions beyond 788wen's reasonable control; or (d) losses resulting from a player's own failure to maintain account security.

11 Responsible Gaming

788wen is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only. 788wen provides the following tools to all Pakistan account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits configurable from account settings.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR loss limits that suspend betting activity when reached.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session logout after a player-defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days, available on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-bound self-exclusion that prevents any login or betting activity for the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period is six months.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The Privacy Policy governs how 788wen uses KYC data, transaction records, gameplay history, and contact information belonging to Pakistan account holders.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 788wen

788wen may suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 788wen has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation; (c) a chargeback has been initiated against a 788wen deposit; or (d) 788wen is required to do so by a competent authority or by its payment processing partners.

13.2 Balance on Suspension

If an account is suspended as a precautionary measure pending investigation, the PKR Balance is held and not forfeited during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance — or a portion thereof — may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms. If the investigation clears the account, the full balance is returned to the player.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may close their 788wen account voluntarily at any time by contacting 788wen support via live chat. Any remaining PKR Balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after identity verification. Accounts subject to open bonus wagering requirements will have those bonus funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

788wen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect, where practicable. Minor amendments — including clarifications, typographical corrections, and updates required for regulatory compliance — may take immediate effect. The current version of the Terms is always available at https://788wen.bet/terms-and-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of a dispute between a player and 788wen, the player must first raise the matter with 788wen's customer support team, who will seek to resolve it within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through mutually agreed arbitration before initiating any formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory consumer protection rights.
